Earlham Park Live is dedicated to ensuring the accessibility of our festival for all attendees, including those with deafness or mobility challenges. The Festival Crowd is committed to creating an inclusive space for everyone.

Earlham Park, our outdoor events venue, predominantly features a level surface with tarmac pathways and grass areas that may become muddy, requiring assistance as the terrain is uneven in certain areas. Due to venue constraints and our official capacity, seating availability is limited. Unfortunately, bringing portable chairs into the site is not allowed.

The main entrance to the events is situated at the top of a steep hill, necessitating careful planning for a visit, particularly for individuals with mobility issues, as it presents a challenge.

Viewing platforms and areas operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are exclusively accessible to individuals with the appropriate passes issued by the ticket agent from whom you purchased your ticket. Personal Assistants can access the viewing platform only if space is available at the time. Our platform follows a 1+1 policy, allowing space for those who need it most. However, we understand that, in certain situations, separation may not be possible, especially for families with children or adults who cannot be separated.

Personal Assistance/Carer Tickets

We offer a limited number of complimentary PA or carer tickets for attendees who require assistance. Once you have purchased your ticket, please email custcare@skiddle.com with proof of purchase and the name of the event. The customer care team will assist you from there.

Terms and conditions:

You will need to enter the event via the accessible queue lane where you will be issued wristbands.

The name on the ticket must match the access card/registration and you may be asked to provide this/ID on entry to the event.

PA/Carer must enter and leave the venue with the person they are assisting and be with them for the duration of the event.

Any additional support on the day can be obtained by going to the welfare tent or by showing your band to security.

PA tickets are not issued on a first come first serve basis but cannot be legally issued if the event is sold out, so it is imperative that you obtain your ticket and Access card at your earliest convenience.
The applications for Carers Tickets will close two weeks before the date of the event in question.
